Jeff's Heating & Cooling Inc is a full-service HVAC company serving the Greater Metro Portland, OR area. We're here whenever you need us. Our regular business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. After-hours services are available by appointment.

Jeff Kubin

Jeff Kubin's introduction to the HVAC industry was while he was serving in the U.S. Air Force in the late 1960s and early 1970s. In addition to his experience in the service, he was employed as a service tech and sheet metal tech for an HVAC firm in eastern Oregon. This company was well-established and very versatile, allowing him to be involved in all phases of the industry.
In 1976, he opened his own company providing heating and cooling services to a variety of residential, commercial, industrial, government and military customers in the area. He closed that firm in the '80s due to a poor economy and relocated to Arizona to work for a wholesale distributor selling Carrier air conditioning equipment.
In the early 1990s, Jeff returned to Oregon and started a new business with his current partner, Jeff Jackson.
Jeff Jackson
Owner
Jeff Jackson was introduced to the HVAC industry in the mid-1980s as a service tech. Prior to that, he was employed as an electronics technician for the state highway division. Upon leaving Pendleton, he was employed in Ontario, OR, where he continued with his education and experience as an HVAC service technician.
Due to family health reasons, Jeff relocated back to West Linn, OR, and was employed as a service technician and eventually service manager for Grimm's Fuel in Lake Oswego.
